In a town where monsters run wild, Constable Roy Hemmer is trying to discern the truth behind a murder with a list of suspects that range from humans, werewolves, revenants, and other creatures that are said to be legends. When Roy is attacked by a dog known as a skow he becomes even more determined to uncover these monsters.
