Kim Jee-Ha is one of the smartest kids at his school, but he is failing his college admission interviews because of his social phobia. His friend recommends that he try playing an online game to make him comfortable with interacting with other people.
Following this advice he joins the virtual reality of Trikia as the human character Jaiha and his friend arranges for an experienced game player known as Nine to be his mentor. Nine is actually a powerful evil character who runs the Dusk Howler guild where all the members participate in rule breaking activities such as player killing and the sale of game money. Nine claims that he will turn Jaiha into the greatest man in the world by doing exactly what he says.
