Meet the enchanting gypsy Merunga, a collector of all things unwanted and strange. Along she comes with her caravan of imprisoned fiends. Here you see the bearded woman Lupa, there is the vampire lord Vaagan bound by magic irons, yonder is Curo with his life sucking fairies, and not far behind is Ekho the old harpy. Sometimes Merunga stops at towns to show off her collection. It is during one of these visits that she recruits the girl Mouse to take care of the exhibits. Though at first, Mouse hates the caravan she eventually starts to understand the creatures that live there and supports them through their dangerous journey across the land.
