Leona, a spontaneous girl with a love of unique items purchases an odd poster from a shop. Unknown to her this store stocks items from a monstrous world that has been long hidden. Leona proudly puts the poster on her wall. The next day Leona discoveres that the face on the poster is missing and she finds it tattooed on her back. Her friend Colin returns to the shop for answers only to get himself kidnapped by the store owner.
Soon after Leona is attacked by a Toska the troll, but just when he’s about to kill her to keep the secret of their world a bunch of hands burst from Leona’s back and knock him down. Having lost horribly and realized that Leona is now as much a part of the other world as he, Toska sits down with them to talk about the other world full of monsters and beasts. Leona learns that she only has a year left to live and escapes into the dangerous fantasy land to save her friend Colin and live the rest of her life in the craziest way possible.
