Rupert PG is about a man named Rupert who grew up in a town that is literally rated PG. One day he gets a strange injury where red liquid comes out, and he is told that it means he is growing up and has to move to the city, which is literally rated R. Rupert has the heart and mind of a child, but is fast discovering the cold hardships of the big city.
Rupert is basically a boy in a man's body who has grown up in a small, quiet town. He moves to the big city with few possessions and no plan, but makes friends quickly and sometimes has a little luck on his side!
Suzette is a real go-getter and perfectionist, and she becomes fast friends with Rupert when she sees he is having a tough time. She does her best to protect Rupert from harm, but it's tough to play babysitter to an adult.
Riley is the type to get you to do his work for him - in fact, he takes advantage of Rupert's naivete immediately as he enters the area. Most people don't stand for Riley's antics very long, but Rupert doesn't seem to mind.
