For centuries mythical creatures have been transforming into and marrying humans. Now these beast humans and others with special powers are considered a normal part of life. The job of protecting and monitoring these special humans to prevent crime belongs to a heroic group called SPOON. A plain looking yet talented telepath named Naga has recently joined them.
As Naga chases down criminals, destroying public property, making a fool of himself, and getting scolded by his superiors he does not feel very heroic. In fact, the only reason he joined is because the leader of SPOON would not stop pestering him. Now the villains have also noticed Naga’s abilities and are asking him to switch sides.
