Dongtae is the lowest ranked citizen. He is not very smart, is bullied in school, and has no friends, but he has always aspired to be better. His love for the most popular girl in school gives him hope, but he does not know how to change things for the better.
Then a boy named Taebin shows up at his school and tells him about the dice game that can change a person’s fortune. Dongtae does not believe him until he finds a dice of his own and an unknown being sends him quests through his cellphone. From then on Dongtae joins the game to become a more popular citizen and win the love of Eunjoo, but will he really become a better person.
