Generals Savina and Nira are angel hunters fighting in a brutal war spanning millennia. Together, they’ll confront Heaven’s strongest hordes and their own inner demons while tearing through time and parallel universes, and unraveling the gods’ secret history that’s deeper and darker than anyone knows.
Savina
Savina is brash and emotional, and uses a mixture of humor and anger to hide her vulnerability. She makes snap decisions that she regrets later.
Nira
Nira is more reasonable, analytical, and empathetic, often (but not always) suppresses her emotions to accomplish her goals. In some ways, she's more sensitive internally than Savina though.
Lucifer
The leader of Sheol. He's kind and gentle, but he does big magic. The markings on his face are vitiligo. Savina and Nira are not his children, but he cares for them like his own daughters.
