Deep in the forest surrounding the city of Grafstad is a cave where a creature lives. One of these creatures is James, a vampire-like creature known as a night giant. His race is at the brink of extinction because of humans, but he can’t stop his fascination with them. When he is kicked out of his home he follows some teens into town where he notices the lovely Tolly Mars.
