One day a knight named Lex meets an injured monster named Silas. Although it is Lex’s duty to kill monsters, he does not believe in killing without cause and this monster does not seem evil to him. He brings the monster Silas home to treat his wounds and a romantic relationship begins. Now Lex must deal with the prejudice of his fellow humans who would kill any monster and the danger of meeting Silas’ monster friends.
