In this world it is possible to attend a special school and master the power of Shinbuki, or Weapon of Mind, which is the ability to materialize weapons. Those who master Shinbuki hold great power and influence and there are organizations that fight over obtaining the strongest users. The most sought after of Shinbuki are the Tensaiji who can naturally materialize a weapon. The boy Soma is one such person and an evil organization aims to capture him. Fortunately, he finds shelter at a school called Miyazaki where he can be properly trained to defend himself.
